Topform adds to our exceptional customer service team with the addition of two new members. Firstly, the recruitment of our first Export Customer Service Representative whose key focus will be on our international customers – Daniela Manrique. Next, Gabriella Doherty joins the team as a Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for customer queries. Sales Manager Ireland, Aisling O’Brien commented, ‘Topform is an ambitious company with a proven track record for exceptional customer service. Our customers are a core part of Topform’s success and having a top customer service team is critical to ensuring this happens. Daniella and Gabriella have both settled into their customer service positions and I’m very excited about the future.’
Export Customer Service Representative
Daniella will be responsible for our growing U.K. and European business. She will provide a key interface with our export customers, supporting all aspects of sales and customer care process. Daniella is originally from Venezuela and specialises in exceptional Customer Service as well as an Accounts Assistant for large customers. Relocating to Ireland in 2014, she was a Personal Assistant to a Manager at a prominent company in Dublin before moving into a Sales Administration role.
She has a passion for travelling and exploring Ireland since she arrived in the country. An extremely active person who enjoys rollerblading and playing basketball, tennis or football. Daniella commented that the team has been extremely welcoming and that the people are very talented. She said ‘the role is challenging and interesting but I am enjoying it and learning a lot’.
Customer Service Representative
Gabriella will be responsible for our Irish customers and ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service through the sales process from start to finish. Before relocating from Tipperary, she has a background in childcare and customer service for a number of companies. Prior to these roles, she spent a number of years caring and working with racehorses around the country.
While maintaining an interest in racehorses and caring for some at her home, she is focused on raising her two girls. Her free time is spent bringing them to various activities such as camogie and gymnastics training. She also has a passion for baking. Gabriella has been impressed with the production line and how the factory runs like clockwork. She said ‘everyone here has been so approachable and friendly since I started and the staff are really talented’.
Maternity Leave
An exciting time for a key member of the Topform team – Lynda Nilan has gone on maternity leave. Lynda is taking a maternity break and is due to give birth in September. All at Topform wish her, Kieran and Harry the very best for the upcoming arrival. Harry will be a fantastic older brother.
